3. Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the hottaya platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, hottaya reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information updated at all times. hottaya relies on the information you provide for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hottaya login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. hottaya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify hottaya immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, UMID, PhilSys ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
hottaya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and major credit and debit cards. Available payment methods may change from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Deposit Terms
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your hottaya account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. hottaya aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider. Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for the original deposit.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

5. Bonuses & Promotions
hottaya offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. General bonus terms include the following:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. hottaya reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, hottaya will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. 7. Prohibited Conduct

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude hottaya's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
